Use Fingerprint or Face ID

Add an extra layer of security by enabling biometric authentication. 1. Go to the Account tab. 2. Select Your Profile. 3. Find the Enable Biometrics option. 4. Toggle the switch to the "on" position. The app will now require your fingerprint or Face ID for login and to authorize transactions.

How Chimoney secures your account

Chimoney uses industry-standard security measures to protect your money and data. This includes encryption for your data in transit and at rest, secure cloud infrastructure, and compliance with financial security regulations. Your USD funds are held with our regulated banking partner, Choice Financial Group.

Change Your Password

1. Go to the Account tab and select Your Profile. 2. Tap on Change Password. 3. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password. 4. Tap "Update" to save the change.

Change Your Transaction PIN

Your PIN is required to authorize transactions within the app. 1. Go to the Account tab and select Your Profile. 2. Tap on Change Pin. 3. Follow the prompts to enter your old PIN and set a new one.

This policy ensures that all reports are taken seriously and investigated thoroughly, protecting the integrity of our services and the trust of our users.

Delete Account

1. Go to the Account tab and select Your Profile. 2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. 3. Please ensure your wallet balance is zero before proceeding. 4. Follow the on-screen confirmations. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
