How to open a Chimoney app account

1. Download the Chimoney app from the App Store or Google Play Store. 2. Open the app and tap "Sign Up." 3. Enter your email address, username, create a secure password, and provide your basic information. 4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial registration. 5. You will be prompted to complete verification or complete it later.

Complete KYC (Know your customer) Verification

1. After completing the registration, click on Complete the Verification process. 2. The app will prompt you to begin the identity verification process. 3. You will be asked to submit a government-issued ID (like a passport or driver's license) and may need to take a selfie for liveness verification. Follow the on-screen instructions. 4. After you have completed the verification, our compliance team will evaluate your profile and decide whether to approve or deny your identity verification within 24 hours.

How to secure your identity

Your security is our priority. How to Change the App Language

You can change the display language of the Chimoney app at any time. 1. Navigate to the Account tab. 2. Select Your Profile. 3. In the settings list, tap on Language. 4. A menu will appear with available languages (e.g., English, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil)). 5. Select your preferred language. The app will immediately update to display in the selected language.

Download your multi-currency account statement

1. Navigate to the Home screen. 2. Tap on the wallet balance card for the currency you need a statement for (e.g., United States Dollar). 3. Look for a "Download" or "Statement" icon (often represented by a download arrow). 4. Select the date range for your statement. 5. Confirm and the statement will be generated for you to download or share.
